| Two surveys have been conducted in Fujian and Zhejiang province to support the diagnostic study. The surveys cover 48 SMFEs spreading in 4 towns of Yongan ,Fujian province and 60 SMFEs in 4 towns of Anji, Zhejiang province as well as a number of interviews with forestry administration officers and relative institutions. |
